TSU BECAME ONE OF THE COUNTRY'S LEADING UNIVERSITIES, WHOSE PROGRAMMES OF INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS ENHANCEMENT HAVE RECEIVED THE HIGHEST ASSESSMENT OF THE COUNCIL ON COMPETITIVENESS ENHANCEMENT OF LEADING RUSSIAN UNIVERSITIES AMONG GLOBAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATION CENTRES

The Russian Ministry of Education and Science announced the names of 15 Russian universities as the winners of the competition for government support. This government support is aimed at implementing measures that will contribute to the promotion of the position of these universities in international rankings. In accordance with the presidential decree, in 2020 at least five Russian universities are to enter the top 100 universities in the world, with at least 15 among the top 200. The total budget of the project to enhance the competitiveness of the leading Russian universities will be 9 billion rubles.
