27 November – The 5th International Transdisciplinary Research and Practice Online Conference Connect-Universum-2020
27 November TSU invites you to join the Zoom broadcast of the plenary part of the 5th International Transdisciplinary Research and Practice Online Conference Connect-Universum-2020. Conference theme: Post-Pandemic Future of the University: Possible Models, Potential, and Risks. The Conference will be held in the format of panel discussions and will open the Program of the 5th University Cities Forum.
The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic has contributed to how we see the contemporary University and the most likely paths of its development. The emergence of new models of the University depends to a large extent on accumulating and systematizing the experience of all those involved in University life: researchers, professors, students, managers, and stakeholders. The organizer of the online conference — Tomsk State University — invites everyone interested to discuss the topic proposed above.
This year, Connect-Universum will be held in the format of panel discussions. The Connect-Universum virtual platform will bring together representatives of the academic community from the UK, Canada, the USA, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, and Russia. This format will give an opportunity not only to listen to the speakers' reports in real-time but also spend more time discussing the issues presented. The organizers hope that all the participants will take an active part in discussions. The languages of the Conference are Russian and English.
The call for papers for those who wish to submit articles and case studies to the issue of the Online Conference Connect-Universum-2020 (the RSCI) will be announced after the webinar. All the materials must be submitted before February 1, 2021.
The registration for the Conference, the preliminary program of the plenary part, the information about the speakers, the publication requirements, and the contact information can be found on the Conference website Connect-Universum.
