The Bachelor students of the faculty of Radiophysics had a wonderful opportunity to attend the laboratory of Semiconductor Devices. Master student Stanislav Kim and Tuyana Lygdenova held an excursion in the English language. They reported that the scientific fields include the study of the properties and characteristics of semiconductor devices. The laboratory is provided with sophisticated equipment such as a magnetron for deposition of samples, computers, etc. Students and postgraduates doing research at the laboratory regularly become prize-winners of different competitions, receive grants for participating in scientific conferences.
The excursion was organized by the English language teacher Olga Kharapudchenko in the framework of the project “Foreign Language Competence Development of TSU Students”.
