Five universities participating in Project 5-100 entered the ranking of the most international universities in the world, published by the British edition of Times Higher Education (THE). TSU showed the best results among Russian universities participating in the Project. The ranking takes into account 4 indicators: percentage of international university employees, percentage of international students, percentage of scientific publications written in collaboration with international scientists, and international outlook.
The published part of the rating included 200 universities from 30 countries. Among the strongest world universities, from the point of view of their involvement in the international scientific and educational community, are 7 Russian universities, 5 of which are participants of Project 5-100. This is the National Research Tomsk State University (146th place), MIPT — Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (154th place), National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (159th place), National Research University Higher School of Economics (162nd place), and Novosibirsk State University (170th place).
Also, Lomonosov Moscow State University (131st place) and Saint Petersburg University: SPBU (174th place) were included in the ranking.
