The Resident Centre was opened at TSU’s innovation and technology business incubator. It is a platform for communication between start-ups and mentors, where everyone can get advice from a potential investor. Also, the Centre will have the Laboratory of Sales, at which students will receive commercial skills for working with partner companies of TSU.
The Resident Centre is an open area for communication, which can be attended by newcomer entrepreneurs and mentors who are representatives of TSU's industrial partners. The opening took place in the format of the Business Makers party, which was attended by university students and managers of large Tomsk enterprises: EleSy, Art Life, Elecard, and Sigma.
The Laboratory of Sales is a series of trainings and consultations, during which students will work directly with a real business. Its graduates will receive a certificate as sales managers. “If such a person came to me, and I am now speaking as an employer, I would immediately take him or her to work,” - said Konstantin Belyakov.
At the opening of the Resident Centre, the Rector of TSU signed collaboration agreements with the companies DI Group and MaxMotors.
